Good value for Gud Ki Gajak

For Mumbai, I got my order in about 4-5 days last time. It wasn't Diwali though, so maybe factor in an extra day or two if it's peak season.

Yeah, I read somewhere that it's all still handmade using traditional methods. That's kinda why I tried it in the first place.

I think they really lean into the 'authentic Rajasthani recipe' thing, so it makes sense they'd keep it handmade. Tastes like it too, not like the other stuff you find.

How does this compare to Haldiram's chikki? Is it worth trying Sahu or should I just stick to what I know?

Sahu Gajak is way more traditional and rustic, I'd say. Haldiram's is good but feels more 'packaged'. Sahu's stuff has that authentic, handmade feel.

Totally different vibe. Haldiram's is fine, but Sahu's gajak and chikki just hit different, especially the jaggery ones. You should try it, especially if you like less sweet, more authentic stuff.
